Condos in Texas is an exposed beach break with quite reliable surf, especially during the hurricane season. It performs best when a southeast swell combines with offshore winds from the west-northwest. The waves are mostly local windswells rather than distant groundswells, offering both left and right-hand waves and good surf at all tide stages. The spot can get crowded sometimes. Surfers should beware of rips, obstacles, sharks, and jellyfish. The best time for consistent, clean waves is during Winter, with January being the most reliable month.
