Praia Pequena is an exposed beach break in Lisboa that offers pretty consistent surf year-round, featuring both left and right-hand waves. The most favorable conditions are a West-Northwest swell from a mix of groundswells and windswells combined with offshore winds from the Southeast. The break provides good surf at all stages of the tide. The spot is sometimes crowded, and surfers should be aware of dangerous rips. The best time for consistent, clean waves is typically in December.
