Praia de Labruge is an exposed beach break that offers consistent surf year-round, featuring both left and right-hand waves. The most favorable conditions are a West swell combined with offshore winds from the East. The break provides good surf at all stages of the tide. The bottom is composed of sand with a massive presence of rock formations, particularly at the north end during low tide. The spot is generally uncrowded. Surfers should be aware of rocks. The best time for consistent, clean waves is typically in December.
