Praia da Adraga is an exposed beach and reef break in Lisboa that offers quite consistent surf year-round, featuring both left and right-hand waves. The most favorable conditions are a West-Northwest swell from local windswells or distant groundswells combined with offshore winds from the Southeast. The break works best around mid tide when the tide is rising. The spot is sometimes crowded, and surfers should be aware of rocks. The best time for consistent, clean waves is typically in December.
