Les Conches in the Côte de Lumière is a highly reliable exposed beach break, known for providing pretty consistent surf throughout the year. This spot produces both left and right-hand waves, drawing energy equally from local windswells and distant groundswells. A major advantage of Les Conches is its versatility, as it offers good surf at all stages of the tide, making it a dependable choice for a full day at the beach. However, its quality and consistency mean it can get quite busy in the water when the conditions are firing. The best sessions occur when a West-southwest swell meets East-northeast offshore winds, with March and the Spring season being the prime time for clean, rideable waves.
