Seaside Cove in North Oregon is an exposed beach, reef, and point break that offers consistent surf year-round, though summer is often flat. It picks up both groundswells and windswells, with the ideal swell direction coming from the northwest. Offshore winds from the east create clean conditions, and the best surf occurs when these winds align with a northwest swell. The spot features both lefts and rights on the beach, plus a notable left-hand point break. It can get crowded when the surf is good, and hazards include sharks, rips, rocks, and localism.
