Gili Air-Pertama in West Lombok is a fairly exposed right-hand reef break that only works occasionally, best during the May–October dry season, with January offering the most consistent clean waves. It performs best with north-northeast offshore winds and southwest groundswells, and works well at all stages of the tide. This is a fairly popular wave and can sometimes get crowded. Hazards include sea urchins and rocks.
