Milagro del Mar Point in Leon Province is an exposed break that is usually a safe bet for waves, with northeast offshore winds and south swells producing the best conditions. The spot features a left-hand point break alongside the beach, though there is little shelter from cross-shore breezes. The best conditions occur when a south swell combines with northeast offshore winds, and the most consistent clean surf arrives during winter, especially in December. Rocks are a hazard here.
