Plemont in Jersey is an exposed beach break that only works occasionally, with no specific seasonal pattern. It performs best with a northwest groundswell and offshore winds from the south. The spot provides both left and right-handers across the beach and is best surfed around low tide; however, surfers should be particularly cautious of rocks which become a hazard at lower water levels. While it can sometimes get crowded, the most consistent clean waves typically occur during the winter, particularly in February.
