It works best with east swells and offshore winds from the west, mainly picking up windswells. The break produces both left and right-hand waves and performs well at all tide stages. This remote spot rarely gets crowded, making it ideal for those seeking quieter sessions. The prime time for consistent clean waves is during autumn, especially in September.
