Fluidgroove Reef in North Florida is an exposed sandbar break with very consistent surf that works year-round. Offshore winds from the west-southwest paired with an east swell provide ideal conditions. The break handles both windswells and groundswells equally well and offers good surf at all stages of the tide. It remains uncrowded, even when it's firing. The best time for clean, rideable waves is during summer, particularly in July.
