This spot produces both left and right-hand waves from a mix of groundswells and windswells; while it is best surfed around high tide, visitors should be prepared for heavy crowds and potential pollution when the waves are working. The best conditions occur when a North-northwest swell combines with South offshore winds, with December being the prime month for consistent, clean waves.
