Le Petit Minou in Brittany is an exposed beach and point break with quite consistent surf that can work at any time of the year. It performs best with a southwest swell and offshore winds from the northeast, receiving a mix of groundswells and windswells. The spot provides both left and right-handers and is best around low tide. When conditions are good, crowds are likely, and surfers should be mindful of hazards including rips and the high number of people in the water. The most consistent clean waves typically occur during the spring, particularly in May.
