Le Letty in Finistere - Brittany is an exposed river break that does not work very often with no particular seasonal pattern. Ideal winds are from the north. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. The river breaks offer lefts and rights. An uncrowded break, even when it is working. The best conditions reported for surf at Le Letty occur when a Southwest swell combines with an offshore wind direction from the North. The best time of year for surfing Le Letty with consistent clean waves (rideable swell with light / offshore winds) is during Spring and most often the month of June.
