Punta Pamilla in Baja Sur is an exposed reef and point break known for very consistent surf, especially during summer when conditions are optimal. The right-hand reef break primarily receives distant groundswells from the south and performs best with offshore winds from the northwest. While sometimes crowded, it offers clean, rideable waves when a south swell combines with a northwest offshore wind. The most reliable surf typically occurs in summer, particularly in May.
