Largos in Andalucia is an exposed reef break with unreliable waves, often flat during summer. The best conditions come with an east-southeast swell and offshore winds from the northwest, with some shelter from northeast winds. Surf here is mostly from short period windswells, and the quality of the surf isn’t significantly affected by the tide. The break tends to get crowded when it’s working. Surfers should be cautious of rocks and urchins.
