El Balneario in Andalucia is an exposed beach break with fairly consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. It receives a mix of windswells and groundswells, with the best swell direction coming from the west-southwest. Offshore winds from the east-northeast help clean up the waves, which offer both left and right handers. Surf here is good at all stages of the tide. When conditions are favorable, the lineup can get quite busy, so wearing a helmet is advisable due to crowding.
