📍 Local Knowledge
Damon Point in Washington State is a sheltered sandbar break with fairly consistent surf, offering the best conditions during spring and summer. The surf mainly comes from groundswells, with the ideal swell direction from the west-southwest. Offshore winds from the north-northeast produce the cleanest waves. The break works well at all tide stages and is rarely crowded, providing a more peaceful surfing experience. The most consistent clean waves are usually found in autumn, especially September.
