Plage Chelihate in Northern Morocco (Kénitra Province) is an exposed beach break that offers very consistent surf year-round. It works best with a northwest swell and offshore winds from the east or southeast. The spot picks up a reliable mix of groundswells and windswells that break over a shifting sandy bottom, with the most consistent clean waves typically occurring during the winter months from November through March. Crowds are generally uncommon to mellow, providing a wild, raw, and uncrowded lineup alternative located just north of Mehdia Plage and the Sebou River mouth.
