São Jacinto is an exposed sandbar break in Beira that only works occasionally, with Winter being the best time of year for surfing. The most favorable conditions are a North swell from a mix of groundswells and windswells combined with offshore winds from the East-Southeast. The sandbar break provides both left and right waves. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. The best time for consistent, clean waves is typically in October.
