πŸ“ Local Knowledge

Pedrogao is a fairly exposed beach break in Beira that offers pretty consistent surf year-round, featuring both left and right-hand waves. The most favorable conditions are a West-Northwest swell (from groundswells or windswells) combined with offshore winds from the East-Southeast. The spot is so uncrowded that crowds are unknown, even when the surf is up. The best time for consistent, clean waves is typically in December.
