Beauregard in North Carolina is an exposed sandbar break that doesn’t work often and lacks a consistent seasonal pattern. It receives a balanced mix of windswells and groundswells, with the ideal swell direction from the southeast and offshore winds best from the west-northwest. The sandbar produces both lefts and rights, and the best conditions occur when southeast swells pair with west-northwest winds. Winter offers the most consistent clean waves, with December being the most favorable month. The spot remains largely uncrowded, even when it's breaking.
