Lincoln Blvd is an exposed beach break renowned for its consistent performance, especially from September through March. It handles both groundswells and windswells, with the best surf generated by southeast to east-southeast swells combined with offshore winds from the north–northeast. The break works across all tide stages, though conditions tend to improve at low to mid tide. Expect slightly better lefts than rights, particularly near the jetty, with shifting sandbars creating a dynamic surf window. Intermediate to advanced surfers will find the spot enjoyable—surf sessions can get peaky and fun during solid swells. The area is generally clean and accessible via street parking, though groins and rip currents are hazards to watch.
