📍 Local Knowledge

L Jetty in New Jersey is an exposed beach/jetty break with consistent surf year-round. The best conditions occur with an east-southeast swell and offshore west winds, especially during summer, with July offering the most consistent clean waves. The break mainly produces right-hand waves and works best at low tide on a rising tide. Swell can come from both local windswells and distant groundswells. Crowds are common, and surfers should be cautious of rocks in the lineup.
