πŸ“ Local Knowledge

Horseneck Beach in Massachusetts is a reasonably exposed sandbar break that receives both groundswells and windswells, with the ideal swell direction coming from the southeast. Offshore winds from the north-northwest create the best conditions, with some shelter from east winds. The sandbar offers both left and right waves and good surf at all tides. It can sometimes get crowded, and surfers should be aware that it is a private beach. The prime time for consistent, clean waves is during winter, with December being the most reliable month for good surf.
