Sandtracks in Oahu is an exposed reef break with fairly consistent surf year-round. It performs best with a South-southeast swell and North-northwest offshore winds, creating clean, rideable waves. The break receives both groundswells and windswells, and features a right-hand reef break. Spring, especially May, is the ideal season for consistent, clean surf with favorable winds. The spot is often crowded, and surfers should be cautious of rocks and sharks.
