Dune Circle in Oahu is a reasonably exposed beach break with fairly consistent surf year-round. It works best when northeast groundswells combine with offshore winds from the southwest. The spot is relatively uncrowded, even on good days. The best surfing conditions occur during spring, particularly in December.
