Playa de Lariño in Galicia is a fairly exposed beach break that usually has waves and can work at any time of the year. The spot provides both left and right-hand waves and tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells; while it is unlikely to be crowded, it is best surfed around low tide. The best conditions reported for surf at Playa de Lariño occur when a Southwest swell combines with an offshore wind direction from the Northeast, and the best time of year for surfing with consistent clean waves (rideable swell with light / offshore winds) is the month of February.
