Poor conditions right now. Tiny waves under 1ft with quality 11s ground swell but strong 16kt winds making it choppy Note: winds from E would be better. Might want to wait for better conditions.

๐Ÿ“ Local Knowledge

Playa de Esteiro in Galicia is an exposed beach break that has quite consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. This stunning spot, located at the mouth of a river, provides both left and right-hand waves driven by a mix of local windswells and distant groundswells; while it performs best around low tide and is unlikely to be too crowded even when the surf is up, surfers must watch out for dangerous rip currents. The best conditions reported for surf at Playa de Esteiro occur when a Northwest swell combines with an offshore wind direction from the East, and the best time of year for surfing with consistent clean waves is the month of September.
