Poor conditions right now. Solid 5.2ft swell with quality 10s ground swell but strong 18kt winds making it choppy Note: winds from W would be better. Might want to wait for better conditions.

📍 Local Knowledge

Lake Worth Pier in South Florida is a reasonably exposed beach and pier break that offers fairly consistent surf year-round, with the best conditions occurring in winter, especially in January. It performs best with a northeast swell and offshore winds from the west, receiving a balanced mix of windswells and groundswells. The beach break provides both left and right-hand waves and works well across all tide stages. It can get crowded when the waves are good, and surfers should be cautious of sharks.
