When it's working, conditions are best when a 2-3 ft swell pairs with offshore winds, which are often "glassy" in the mornings, producing clean reef breaks. This spot is suitable for all ability levels and is moderately crowded. Hazards include rocks from the reef breaks. While it's a dependable location, the month of December tends to offer the best chance for consistent, clean waves.
