📍 Local Knowledge

Boca Raton Inlet in South Florida is a fairly exposed beach and jetty break that works intermittently, with the best surf typically occurring in winter, especially January. It performs best with a northeast swell and offshore winds from the west, mostly receiving groundswells. The break offers both left and right-hand waves and works well at all tide stages. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy, and surfers should be cautious of rips, obstacles, and rocks.
