πŸ“ Local Knowledge

Brasilito or Playa Brasilito is a fairly exposed beach and reef break in Guanacaste that offers reasonably consistent surf with left-hand beach breaks and both left and right reef breaks. The most favorable conditions are a west groundswell with offshore winds from the east-southeast. The break provides good surf at all stages of the tide and is an uncrowded break. Surfers should be aware of sharks. The best time for consistent, clean waves is typically in July.
