Haouzia in Central Morocco (El Jadida Province) is an accessible beach break that offers quite consistent surf. It works best with a north, northwest, or west swell and offshore winds from the southeast. The waves break over a sand bottom, producing decent sections for maneuvers that can handle sizes from waist-high to double overhead, with the most consistent clean waves typically occurring during the winter months. Crowds are generally uncommon to mellow, providing a relaxed lineup along a vast, pine-fringed sandy beach located just north of El Jadida.
