Porsmilin in Finistere, Brittany, is a fairly exposed sandbar break with reasonably consistent surf, though summer months tend to be mostly flat. It performs best with a southwest swell and offshore winds from the north-northeast, receiving an equal mix of groundswells and windswells. The sandbar primarily produces left-handers. While the spot can sometimes get crowded, surfers should remain cautious of rocks. The most consistent clean waves typically occur during the spring, particularly in April.
