Dreamland, a fairly consistent exposed beach and reef break in Bali's Bukit region, offers both left and right-hand waves. The peak season for waves is the dry season, from May to October. The most favorable conditions are a southwest groundswell with offshore winds from the east. The break works best around low tide. When the surf is on, it can be crowded, and surfers should be aware of submerged rocks. The best time for consistent, clean waves is typically in August.
