πŸ“ Local Knowledge

La Salina in Baja Norte is an exposed beach break with dependable surf, especially during summer. It works best with a southwest swell and offshore winds from the east, typically receiving more groundswells than windswells. The break offers both left and right-hand waves and works well at all stages of the tide. While the spot is fairly popular and can get crowded, it offers good surf conditions in summer, particularly in July, when clean, rideable waves are most common. Surfers should be cautious of dangerous rip currents in the area.
