📍 Local Knowledge

La Ñora in Asturias is an exposed beach and point break that offers quite consistent surf, with autumn and winter being the optimum seasons. This spot provides left and right peaks at the beach as well as a left-hand point break from a mix of groundswells and windswells; while it is best surfed around mid tide, visitors should be mindful of potential crowds and submerged rocks when it is working. The best conditions occur when a North-northwest swell combines with South offshore winds, with December being the prime month for consistent, clean waves.
